1. What is Call Forwarding?
   
   NeuTalk’s Call Forwarding services allows you to forward all your calls to any number you specify.
   
   
2. How is NeuTalk’s Call Forwarding different from our current providers?
   
   NeuTalk provides you a toll-free number which you can easily give out to your friends, families and relatives. Even though you’re in another country, you can still receive calls from US. You can easily enroll or change your forwarding number through NeuTalk’s website.
   
   
3. How can I avail of this service?
   
   You could avail of the service by signing up a new account in our Signup Page or call NeuTalk access number and hang-up after 1 ring. We’ll call you back right away.
   
   
4. How are you going to bill me?
   
   NeuTalk will bill you a monthly charge of $5 you’re your monthly usage. Apart from that, you will be billed for the actual usage. Please refer to our Call Rates Page to see the actual rate per minute.
   
   
5. How many forwarding numbers I can enroll?
   
   You can enroll forwarding numbers as many as you want. However, you can only activate one number at a time.
   
   
6. How do I pay for the service?
   
   NeuTalk accepts credit card payments only. (Visa and Mastercard)
   
   
7. Will the callers be charged when they call me?
   
   Since they will be dialing your toll-free number, they won’t be charge for calls made to you.
