1. Go to www.neutalk.com
2. Click on Manage Account
3. Login to your account
4. Go to Call People
5. Enter your phone number you want to be called at
   Format: Country code + Area Code + Telephone Number
   Example: 63 + 2 + 9999999 (phone line)
6. Enter the International Destination Number
   Format: Country code + Area Code + Telephone Number
   Example: 1 + 212 + 5559999 (US / Canada)
7. Choose the appropriate time to make the call or select the call now option to schedule an immediate Callback.
8. Click on Callback button.

Via MMS: send your callback number as an MMS message to callback@philtalk.com
For example: 6329999999 then send it to callback@neutalk.com

Send an email to callback@neutalk.com using your email client.

1. In the "To" field, enter our email address: callback@neutalk.com
2. In the body of the email, place your callback number
   For example: 09179999999
3. Click on send.

1. Dial NeuTalk's Access Number: 1.212.NEUTALK
2. After one ring, hang-up immediately.
3. After a few seconds, NeuTalk will call you back.
4. Answer the phone.

Note: You will NOT be charged for dialing NeuTalk’s access number
