3. How do I avail of this service?

4. Will I need a special device?
   
   No. A Callback can be triggered using various methods and the actual call be made from any touch tone telephone.
   
   
5. How long does it take to activate my account?
   
   Once we have received the completed and approved application, you account will be activated in 30 mins.

7. How are my phone calls timed?
   
   As soon as you enter your user name and pin number, you are charged a minimum of 30 seconds. After the initial 30 seconds, we calculate the length of your call in 6-second increment.
   
   
8. How do I pay for the service?
   
   We accept credit card payments(Visa and Mastercard).
